insists that only members of the NATO peacekeeping mission in Kosovo, KFOR, be
deployed on the border, on the Kosovo side.

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic said that he had a difficult meeting with EU and US representatives, and important meetings await him in Brussels in the coming days, Belgrade's Beta News Agency reported on Saturday.
The Serbian
government denied reports on Monday that Prime Minister Ana Brnabic refused to
take part in a photo session with other participants of the Berlin Process
Summit in Tirana.
European Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen, during the press conference at the end of the Berlin Process summit, was asked if there will be sanctions against Serbia in connection with the September 24 attack in Banjska.

Defense Minister Miloš Vučević made a statement on October 4 regarding the
reduction of troops “along the administrative line” with Kosovo, which has
decreased from 8,350 to less than 4,500. Vučević emphasized that this reduction
signifies a “redeployment of forces” rather than a complete withdrawal.
