The 2nd meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia,
Türkiye and Iran within the ‘3+3’ format (Russia, Iran and Türkiye, and 3 South
Caucasus countries - Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia) will be held in Tehran
on October 23, iranian media reports.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has discussed the situation in and around
Nagorno-Karabakh with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev and Armenian
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in phone conversations, the Kremlin press
service said.
