February 29 - Sudan’s General Hemedti in Tripoli for talks with Dbeibeh

Commander of Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces (RSF) General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, also known as Hemedti, arrived in Tripoli  today where he met the prime minister of the Government of National Unity (GUN) of Libya, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, with whom he had “fruitful and constructive” discussions on developments in Sudan, according to a statement by Dagalo via X.

Al-Burhan was received by Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi upon his arrival at El-Alamein International Airport on the North Coast.

Sudan's army chief Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan arrived in Egypt on Tuesday, for his first foreign visit since the outbreak of clashes between the army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) paramilitary group.
